The images of the building relate to my theory closely as they show how i have created a connectivity between all the spaces, interior and exterior are joined together by both the large glass windows used and the third floor which is a very open area hence it merges the two spaces together. Also the overhang created in the second floor provides another space enclosed between the walls of the building and the columns that make the building retain its structural integrity. The use of a lot of glass is common in modern architecture as it brings together all the spaces used.

I had troubles with the file size upload this so i had to delete quite a lot of details for it to work.

Peter Zumthor uses the concept of light and shadow in his architectural artworks as it is both aesthetic and efficient to use sunlight in creating or improving a visual effect. the glass on the roof allowing light  to shine inside the stop provides an example of this concept.

This conceptualises Van Der Rohe's architectual idea of opaque walls which in turn creates an effect that diminishes boundaries between the interior and exterior of the building. Achieved with the glasss wall in the centre of the photo which connects the inside to the outside visually and physically.

This relates to both the light and shadow and opaque walls concept at a view that relates the two together showing the light coming through the "walls" to create its natural effect.
